Limited Warranty

• No uptime guarantees are provided for standard product offerings
• Enterprise agreements may specify different service level agreements
• While we leverage multiple cloud providers for reliability, service interruptions may occur
• We commit to diligent service restoration efforts when issues arise

Requesting Termination

• Send termination request to primary information request address
• Include account email and reason for termination
• Verification of account ownership will be required

Post-Termination

• Login credentials will be deactivated
• Recovery period of 30 days before permanent deletion
• No refunds for unused subscription periods
